Hartlepool Business Forum Announces First-Ever Business Expo For June

Hartlepool’s business community is being urged to rally together this summer for a landmark event, as the Hartlepool Business Forum officially announces its first-ever expo-style business gathering.

Set to take place on June 30 at the Hartlepool College of Further Education, the brand-new event promises to shine a spotlight on the incredible enterprises that make the local economy thrive.
Organisers are calling on business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals across the borough to save the date for what is shaping up to be the networking highlight of the summer.

The event is being spearheaded by the Hartlepool Business Forum’s Steering Group, which has been working tirelessly to rejuvenate the town’s commercial networking scene.

Whether companies are looking to exhibit their products and services to a wider audience or professionals want to attend as delegates to network and learn, the expo is designed to offer something for everyone at every stage of their business journey.

Harrison Smith, managing director of Azalea Wealth Management, joined the Forum’s steering group last year and is taking a leading role in organising the expo. He believes the June 30 event is a pivotal moment for local enterprises.

“This is an incredibly exciting milestone for Hartlepool and a project we are exceptionally proud to bring to life,” Harrison said. “It is the Forum’s first-ever expo of this kind, and it presents a huge chance for the local business community to step out from behind their desks, come together and network in style.”

The Hartlepool Business Expo will transform the College into a vibrant hub of local commerce and collaboration. Attendees can look forward to a schedule designed to inspire and educate.

Throughout the event, inspiring guest speakers will take the stage to share industry insights and local success stories. These sessions will be complemented by interactive panel Q&As, giving attendees the unique opportunity to get their most pressing business questions answered directly by local experts.

Beyond the stage, the event will provide extensive networking opportunities, allowing professionals to forge valuable connections with potential clients, partners and suppliers. Dedicated support services will also be on hand throughout the venue to offer advice and resources designed to help businesses of all sizes scale and grow.

Harrison said: “We have so much untapped potential and incredible talent right here on our doorstep. This expo isn’t just about swapping business cards, it’s about creating genuine collaboration, learning from one another and accessing the support services that can take local businesses to the next level. “We strongly urge every local business to get involved and support this initiative.”

The Hartlepool Business Expo serves as a key milestone in a much wider calendar of enterprise events planned for the year.

This schedule of networking and growth opportunities is building momentum towards the town’s most prestigious corporate celebration – the Hartlepool Business Awards.
The Awards take place on Thursday, October 15 at Sedgefield’s Hardwick Hall. The Forum hopes that the connections made and the growth spurred at the summer expo will lead to even more local success stories to celebrate at the autumn awards ceremony.

While delegate tickets will be released closer to the event date, exhibitor stands will open for booking very soon.

Businesses looking to secure a prime spot to showcase their offerings are encouraged to register their interest immediately by emailing the Forum at hartlepoolbusinessforum@hartlepool.gov.uk.
